SYCC passed the 2020 NCCL EQA Programs

Shenyang Cell Center has passed the External Quality Assessment (EQA) programs organized by National Center for Clinical Laboratories (NCCL), becoming the first company in Northeast China to earn the accreditation. Three testing procedures were assessed, namely, complete blood count, blood typing, and flow cytometric enumeration of CD34+ stem cells.

EQA is a method for ensuring high quality standard and accuracy of testing procedures across different labs. The performance of a lab is monitored and compared against a peer group or a reference laboratory. For medical testing, NCCL’s EQA programs are considered as the most authoritative in China.
