SYCC and the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of CMU Sign Strategic Partnership Agreement

On March 5, 2018, Shenyang Engineering Technology R&D Center of Cell Therapy and the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of China Medical University held a signing ceremony for the strategic partnership agreement between the two parties.

 

Q: What does the partnership entail?

As per the agreement, SYCC becomes the supplier of cell products for the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of CMU. The two sides also work together to build Northeast Dental Pulp Stem Cell Bank – the first specialized dental pulp stem cell bank in China.

 

 

Professor Sun Hongchen, Director of the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of CMU, and Mr. Yang Liusong, GM of SYCC, signed the agreement as representatives of the two parties.

 

After the signing ceremony, the two parties discussed the joint plan for building Northeast Dental Pulp Stem Cell Bank, and agreed on the following fields of cooperation: clinical research and application of stem cells and immune cells in oral diseases; translation of research results in regenerative medicine and biomaterial; and training of postgraduate students in clinical stomatology.

The Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of CMU has 19 clinical departments, 4 medical centers, 9 medical laboratories, and an outpatient clinic.
